An architectural jewel

Zimmerlehen Manor was an Episcopal feu and was mentioned first in 1336. For about 100 years it has been in possession of family Kompatscher. This architectural jewel has been carefully renovated and is set in a peaceful location on the doorstep of “Sciliar National Park” overlooking the quaint village of Fiè.

Zimmerlehen is a convenient starting point for refreshing strolls, travels and hiking trails.

You can reach the village of Fiè allo Sciliar center in about 15 minutes by feet. There are supermarkets and shops where you can find everything for your daily needs. If you want to enjoy an unforgettable day on the magnificent »Alpe di siusi« a truly unique skiing and trekking wonderland, just take the shuttle bus at the local bus stop. It will take you right to the valley station of the »Alpe di Siusi Cableway«.

The manor is located about 10 minutes from the lake of Völs, one of the cleanest swimming lakes in Italy. In winter it transforms to a natural open-air-ice-skating-place. 50 minutes from the lake lays the »Tuffalm« on about 1.270 meters above sea level, with one of the most beautiful alpine huts in Southtyrol.

Our inner courtyard offers various attractions: a private chapel, a sunbathing lawn, a playground for children and - if you wish to linger - some snug, secluded spots.

You can also buy a variety of homemade agricultural produce of the season.
