Live of and by nature

Keeping biological guidelines in mind, we work with about 40 young cattle. The calves are born in South Tyrol and within their first three or four weeks they come to us. With enough space and our own produced fodder the cattle are raised in a humanely manner. The animals spend the summer months on our meadows on the »Alpe di Siusi«. Other animals on the farm are pigs, hens, a rooster, cats and rabbits.

We work on 6ha meadows, 42ha meadows on the Alps and 18ha of forest. The wood from the forest gets further processed and together with sun panels supplies our manor with energy, warm water and heating.

Trees and a lovely garden supply fresh and healthy fruits and vegetables for jams, syrups, dried fruits and other treats.
