Arrival & departure
On day of arrival the apartment is ready and prepared at 15.00 o’clock. If you arrive later than 18.00 o’clock we would like you to inform us. On the day of departure the apartment must be free within 9.30 o’clock.
Tourist tax
Form 01.01.2014 the tourist tax is added to the basic price. The location tax was introduced in order to have some additional budget to construct and maintain infrastructure and services. It will also be used for organizing cultural as well as sporting events. Every accommodation provider, based on the business’s category, has to collect the location tax. The charge will be 1,75 € per person (starting from the age of 14) and day and will be shown separately on the bill.
Deposit
A deposit equal to 30% is required to confirm a booking.
Cancellation penalty:
(Pursuant to art. 1382 ZBG) 90 days prior the day of arrival the booking can be cancelled without any penalties. If the booking gets cancelled on the part of the guest within 90 days prior the agreed check-in date, following payment has to be deposit:
90 days prior to check-in: no penalty
60
days prior to check-in: 50 % of full price
20 days prior to check-in: 70 % of full price
less
than 20 days prior to check-in: 100% of full price
Early departure
If guests have to leave earlier than booked, they have to pay the days they stayed as well as the days they didn’t take advantage of.
